MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMER'S PRIVATE INFORMATION AT OUR COMPANY

1. Policy to Protect Private Information
We perceive the importance of protecting customer's private information, in conformance to the law (Act No. 57, 2003) concerning such protection and endeavor to properly manage and protect private information.

2. Private Information Acquisition and Use
We acquire customers' private information by proper means and through public announcement, notification, clear statements, etc. and shall not use private information beyond the bounds of designated usage without consent of the person himself or herself.

3. Purpose of Using Private Information
Private information and data offered for retention by the customer shall be used only for the specific purpose and business matters described below.

1. To provide the information of products to our customers, and confirm the items and other terms of the lease contract.
2. In delivering our products, we need to confirm the date and other necessary information for the delivery. We may disclose address and phone numbers to the manufacturers, furniture shops and delivering company to deliver the products.
3. To produce agreement, and send reminder for termination, extension and other notices.
4. Billing and collecting the monthly rental charge.
5. (When applicable) Contacting guarantor when the payment is over due.
6. We may disclose necessary information for the leasing service to the company (when the company is lessee or guarantor), property manager, relocation and real estate agency.
7. We may ask customer’s cooperation for our questionnaire to improve our service

4. Changes to Privacy Policy
This privacy policy was last changed on July 21, 2006. We reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time by posting the revised privacy policy on our site. The changes will only affect the information we collect after the effective date of the change to our privacy policy unless we clearly express otherwise.
