Purpose of Using Private Information
Private information and data of customers are used only for the purpose and business as below.
- To provide information of products and leasing services.
- To order and deliver items chosen by the customers. We may give your information to furniture shops and drivers, which are delivering items to the customer's home.
- To produce agreement, and send reminder for termination, extension and other notices.
- To bill , collect and confirm the monthly rental charges.
- (When applicable) Contacting guarantor when the payment is over due.
- In case of corporate contract, leasing information will be sent to the corporate person in charge, or a party designated by the customer's company.
- We may ask customer's cooperation for our questionnaire to improve our service
Data Storage Period
We keep monetary transaction record, which is required by Japanese Corporate Tax Law. Your personal information not related to such monetary transaction are deleted when we no longer need to provide our services.
