Latest domestic LCD TVs have tuners for 3 ways, terrestrial digital, BS (Broadcasting Satellite) and CS (Communication Satellite) . There are various English programs in CS by Sky Perfect TV.

If you have 4K antenna, you can see clear picture 4 tims denser than high-vision.
Some new TVs has internal 4K tuners, but you can also buy separate 4K tuners.

Bringing appliances from overseas

Even though Japanese voltage(100V) is similar to the American voltage(115V), American Vacuum Cleaners do not work in Japan. There are several cyclone vacuum cleaners as well as conventional cleaners with disposable bags available in Japan.
