This is the latest model in the "YSP Series" digital sound projector, which uses Yamaha's unique technology to reflect beamed sound off walls to create realistic surround sound. Equipped with an HDMI terminal that supports HDCP2.2, HDR video transmission, and 4K/60p video transmission, it can be used for network playback via Wi-Fi or the unique function "MusicCast," and can be operated and configured using a dedicated app.

 

"MusicCast" is a home audio network function that allows you to play audio sources being played on compatible devices on compatible devices in other rooms using the dedicated app "MusicCast CONTROLLER" installed on a mobile device.

 

Other main specifications include Bluetooth version 2.1+EDR, compatible profiles A2DP, AVRCP, and compatible codecs SBC and AAC. It also supports the SCMS-T method. The maximum practical output of the center unit is 32W, the maximum practical output of the subwoofer is 75W, and the dynamic power is 130W.
