Hi SM,
I write to inform you that the moving of furnitures to my new apartment was incredibly smooth and done in a professional way.
The timing was precise as we took occupancy of the new apartment.
This is a great work executed by the team of workers working meticulously to ensure the job is tidy and without blemish. For almost two and half hours they completed the moving and I must say, well done and thank you to them.
Once again, I appreciate your help in all the things done.

The men you sent to deliver the furniture did a very nice job and they were also very helpful. I was having trouble with the bidet controls in my bathroom, so asked one of the men to look at it. He did so without hesitation and determined that the batteries in the control unit were dead. He then found two batteries, installed them and replaced the unit on the wall. No more problem. Great team of guys!
The bookshelf and stool were not included with the shipment. Do you know the status of these items?

The sofa set was delivered and set-up yesterday very professionally by your two delivery staff.
They were very careful as they moved the large pieces through my apartment and in particular down a somewhat narrow hallway leading to the actual room I wanted to have the sofa set put.
They also were able to take away my other sofa to delivery over to the home of Ousha which was very helpful for both her and I.

Although it was cold and rainy yesterday, the delivery staffs were moving efficiently and worked so hard.
